Rusty and Rhonda Taylor are both from the Hampton Roads area. Rusty grew up in the Portsmouth and Chesapeake area while Rhonda grew up in Hampton and York County. They met while attending James Madison University studying music. The Taylors live in Gloucester County and have three children, Zack, Caitlin and Sally. Zack is married to Katie Davidson and they also live in Gloucester County. Although Rhonda has her pesticide applicators license she is currently teaching in the Gloucester School System at Botetourt Elementary. Rusty has his pesticide applicators license and the Virginia Pest Management Association Certificate for performing real estate closing inspections.
Rusty and Rhonda are members of White Marsh Baptist Church in Gloucester and Rusty is the Music Director of Yorktown Baptist Church in Yorktown.
Sally and Caitlin
Sally is sixteen and a junior at Mathews High School. She plays clarinet in the band and is the Drum Major for the marching band. She also plays cello, piano, and runs cross country and track.
Caitlin is twenty and a sophomore at RCC. She is taking classes towards her education degree and plans to be a teacher like her mom. Caitlin is also musical playing the oboe, piano and viola.
