Rusty and Rhonda Taylor are both from the Hampton Roads area. Rusty grew up in the Portsmouth and Chesapeake area while Rhonda grew up in Hampton and York County. They met while attending James Madison University studying music. The Taylors live in Gloucester County and have three children, Zack, Caitlin and Sally. Although Rhonda has her pesticide applicators license she is currently teaching in the Gloucester School System at Botetourt Elementary. Rusty has his pesticide applicators license and the Virginia Pest Management Association Certificate for performing real estate closing inspections.
The Taylors are members of White Marsh Baptist Church in Gloucester.
Zack Taylor
Zack grew up in Gloucester County and graduated from Gloucester High School. He began helping out in the business doing manual labor work that he could do. He began official training in the Spring of 2004 and passed his training and was certified as a Registered Technician in the Summer of 2004 when he began working full time in the business. He also has his certification to perform Wood Destroying Organism inspections for real estate closings.
Zack is musically talented and plays piano, guitar and bass. He was formerly with a local band Splint which had recorded two CDs. He recently started a local cover band called Broken Momentum. Zack was married in September 2005 to Katie Davidson and they reside in Gloucester with their dog Sonny.
Katie Davidson
Katie is from Norfolk, the daughter of Tom and Anne Davidson. She and Zack met a number of years ago at a Warped Tour Concert. Katie began helping with the company when Zack started working full time. She helps us in the field working in crawl spaces, outside and also helps with the phones. Katie completed her studies and has certification as a registered technician and as a Wood Destroying Organism inspector. Katie and Zack were married in September 2005. Along with working, Katie helps out with the band, is a big sister for Caitlin and Sally, and loves playing golf with Zack, Rusty and her dad, Tom Davidson.
Sally and Caitlin
Sally is sixteen and a junior at Mathews High School. She plays clarinet in the band and is the Drum Major for the marching band. She also plays cello, piano, and runs cross country and track.
Caitlin is twenty and a sophomore at RCC. She is taking classes towards her education degree and plans to be a teacher like her mom. Caitlin is also musical playing the oboe, piano and viola.
