Announcing Arrival of TDS We are proud to announce the arrival of a new piece of technology in the termite inspection business. We recently ordered and received a Termite Detection System (TDS). Termites produce a large amount of carbon dioxide. The TDS takes samples of the air and lets us know when there is a large amount of carbon dioxide in the air where the samples are being taken. This is particularly useful in checking for termites in a finished basement or a slab home. The TDS is used around baseboards, plumbing entry points and other areas where termites may penetrate through a slab. If you are interested in having your home checked with the TDS please give us a call so we can give you more information.
Spring is Almost Here! Spring will be here very soon. Many are saying we haven't even seen winter yet! With the milder winter temperatures insect pests will be coming our early and in larger numbers. If you had problems with pests (ants, spiders, etc.) last summer, chances are you will have a problem with them again this year.
Consider having a routine pest service done early to get a jump on the bugs for this summer. Call us for

Email Service for Billing and Reports
We are now offering a new faster service for getting you reports and invoices. For our regular customers we can now send you your reports and invoices through email. We can also notify you when it is time for your next service through email. If you wish to receive your notifications and reports/invoices this way simply let us know and give us your email address.
We can also send real estate closing reports and invoices through email as well. Simply let us know the attorney or title company name, email address and contact person and we can scan and email the report once it has been prepared. It is our understanding that for closings there is no need for an original document to be delivered to the attorney or title company.
