Cold Weather Warning
We are dealing with some pretty cold weather. There are several things to remember in this very cold weather. If you have a crawl space home be sure your foundation vents are closed. This will help keep the temperature in the crawl space up to help prevent the pipes from freezing. Also, it will help to disconnect hoses from the outside spigot to help with freezing pipes at the spigot. If you have a fan system in the crawl area to aid in moisture control you may want to turn it off while we are dealing with the extremely low temperatures.
Email Service for Billing and Reports
We are now offering a new faster service for getting you reports and invoices. For our regular customers we can now send you your reports and invoices through email. We can also notify you when it is time for your next service through email. If you wish to receive your notifications and reports/invoices this way simply let us know and give us your email address.
We can also send real estate closing reports and invoices through email as well. Simply let us know the attorney or title company name, email address and contact person and we can scan and email the report once it has been prepared. It is our understanding that for closings there is no need for an original document to be delivered to the attorney or title company.
